The Proven Process

Keeping your budget and other restrictions in mind, The Frugal Stager uses a proven three-step method to give your home that ‘Ahhh’ factor.

Step 1: In Home Consultation

The Frugal Stager will come to your property and conduct a 2 – 3 hour home consultation, where you will receive a customized, written report that outlines recommendations to get every room in your house ready for market.

Step 2: Pre-Staging/Preparation

The Frugal Stager will then coach you through the process of going through the recommendations from Step 1 and completing the 'to-do' list. This can include packing, removing furniture and accessories, doing repairs, and painting.

Step 3: Staging

Your house is almost there! It’s almost ready to show off in photos and at the open house. This final, crucial step includes staging by The Frugal Stager to give the final touches to your home and make it the Cadillac of comparable properties in your area!
