In major urban centres, it is now the reality that home staging is the rule and no longer the exception. Those that do not stage their homes will be left behind with longer listing times and overpriced homes in the eyes of the buyers. What about other communities, though, where staging is just starting to gain in popularity among those early adopters who realize that staging a home will help sell the house faster and for more money than many of their "unstaged" counterparts. How do you take advantage of home staging, though, when you do not have home stagers at your disposal?

The Frugal Stager is happy to offer a new service, called Virtual Staging, that allows anyone, from Timbuktu to Nunavut, to get the advice and expertise from a professional home stager. How does virtual staging work? Here's how:

1. Send your photos to The Frugal Stager at christine@thefrugalstager.com
2. Christine will confirm with you pricing and timeline information for your project.
3. Once you confirm the project, Christine will email you back a very detailed list of "to dos" from absolute musts to strongly suggests.
4. The Frugal Stager will then send you an invoice and you will be in a position to sell your home quickly and for more money!

PRICING INFORMATION:

For virtual staging, the fees are $20/main room (kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, family rooms, recreational rooms, exteriors) and $10/secondary room (bathrooms, foyers, hallways). The Frugal Stager offers discounts for full homes. An average home (1500 sq. ft.) will cost approximately $100.00 - $150.00.
